We founded Quay Pieces with one goal in mind, giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. 

We conduct our business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers and we therefore adhere to all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines.

The conditions detailed do not affect your statutory rights.  These include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice, any information on this site as necessary.

Postage, Packing and Delivery Options

What You Need to Know

Local Delivery - within 10 mile radius of BS20 7BT

This service operates Monday-Saturday during business opening hours 9am-5.30pm

or by prior arrangement outside of these days & times

Free Local Delivery - BS20 only

*Free delivery to BS20 postcodes (no minimum order requirement)*

Local Delivery - Postcode areas BS21, BS48 & BS41 only

This is offered within a 5-10 mile radius of Portishead (BS20)

(orders over £50 - free delivery)

Minimum spend of £50 is required to qualify for this service and please note this only applies to local delivery not National delivery

Orders under £50 - charge of £5 will apply

For delivery outside of the specified areas, please call to discuss requirements and obtain quote for either shipped delivery or hand delivery, whichever option is most appropriate 

Local Click & Collect 

This service operates Monday-Saturday, during business opening hours 9am-5.30pm

(No minimum order required for this service)

We aim to have your item ready for collection the same day upon receipt of your order

Where possible we aim to have an order ready for pick up within 1 - 2 hours, although at busy times

we cannot always guarantee this!

You will receive email notifications on receipt of your order and again when your order is ready along with the collection details

All other shipping/delivery options:

We are unable to deliver Internationally or to Europe, ROI or the Channel Islands at this present time, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

Please note shipping costs include postage & packing materials

Where possible we try to reuse & repurpose any packing materials

Delivery charges will apply and may vary depending on the item/s and it’s/their destination, carriage costs will be applied at checkout

Most UK orders will aim to be despatched within two business working days from receipt of order

and will be posted using an appropriate carrier

If tracking is available, you will be notified

Please allow upto 10 working days for delivery, we aim for 3 - 7 days

but we are finding deliveries are taking longer in the current climate!

Delivery Charges:

UK mainland only at this present time, per delivery address

Shipping will be calculated at checkout

Free delivery on all orders over £100 to any single mainland UK address

Overseas deliveries will incur charges for international postage/shipping,

advice will be given as to postage & shipping costs

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or give a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.

We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.

We strongly recommend for security when sending item(s) back you use a signed for service, such as Royal Mail recorded or special delivery to ensure the package(s) are adequately insured.

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with tags and original packaging intact where applicable. Item(s) will be inspected for condition upon receipt.

Quay Pieces reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be suitable for resale or in their original packaging.

Timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for a refund to appear on your credit card or bank statements.

Please note Quay Pieces will not accept responsibility or be liable for any return(s) until a member of staff has taken receipt and signed for the package(s).

If you receive an incorrect item(s):

If you suspect that you have received an item(s) that is not what you ordered, please contact us either by phone or email.
Please quote your order number, name and address, details about the product and reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

The small print!

Signing a Contract
  • All items are subject to availability and priced in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.

  • All orders are subject to a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds available to cover the transaction.

  • All orders are subject to standard payment card security checks to ensure customer protection is upheld.  It is at the companies’ discretion whether an order has passed these security checks and you will be notified of any delays in despatch.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us either by email at uk or by phone on 07877 306402

  • All payments made by credit/debit card are taken by a secure online payment site that fully protects all details given.  We only have access to the payment amount as confirmed by yourself.

  • Payment can be made via our website via the following methods: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, JCB and Diners or PayPal.

  • The item(s) dispatched are our responsibility until they are delivered.

  • All accessory item(s) will come with any presentation boxes/cases/bags as suitable for the product.

  • In the event of any pricing errors, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order, or proceed at the corrected full price.

  • Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to Quay Pieces in writing or by email within three days of receipt of goods. Please provide photos of damaged goods.

  • Please advise us of any other order issues within 28 days of despatch.  We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period.

  • Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of some of the goods.

  • Quay Pieces business working days are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Where an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, the next business working day is Monday for orders to be processed. Unless other arrangements have been made via prior agreement.

  • Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

  • Certain products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

  • We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.

  • Our site is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the online e commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
